Working with Dentsu, Lollipop designed and developed a site to support the launch of the 2010 Toyota 4RUNNER. Following the ‘Smarter, Safer, Stronger.’ campaign idea, the site is part of an integrated campaign from Dentsu.
Along with feature videos and model information, the site revolves around a contest, enabling entrants to upload a video illustrating why they should win a new 2010 4RUNNER.
To handle the user-generated video components (uploads, encoding and storage) we built the site using the YouTube API and developed a custom player to ‘fit’ with the look of the campaign.
